Hadhrat Abu Saeed Khudri (رضی اللہ عنہ) narrates that he heard the beloved messenger                   (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) saying, ’O Allah! Give me life of a humble person and death of a humble person, and raise me on the Day of Judgement among humble persons. (Mustadrik Hakim)

Hadhrat Saeed bin Abi Saeed (رضی اللہ عنہ) said that once Hadhrat Abu Saeed Khudri (رضی اللہ عنہ) mentioned his poverty and misery to the beloved messenger (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم). The beloved messenger (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) said,’ O Abu Saeed! Bear with patience. Whosoever amongst you loves me would get the poverty and other miseries rushed to him with such a pace like flood water rushes to the low places from high mountains (Musnad Ahmed, Majma al-Zawaid)

Hadhrat Rafe bin Khudaij (رضی اللہ عنہ) narrates that the beloved messenger (May Allah’s Peace and Blessings be upon him) said: when Allah Almighty loves anyone, He saves him from the worldly thoughts and worries like you care for your sick person from water (Majma ul Zawaid)

Hadhrat Abu Huraira (رضی اللہ عنہ) narrates that the beloved messenger (May Allah’s Peace and Blessings be upon him) said: love the poor and be their companion, love the Arabs and the faults that you find in your heart must stop you from criticising other.(Mustadrek Hakim)
